In November there are a few big contests. We took part in WAE RTTY and CQWW CW.
Previous year we have tried the WAE RTTY for the first time and it is a very funny contest because appart from normal QSOs you have to exchange also QTCs. This year we knew what to do, also the software worked better than last year. The propagations, on the other hand, seemed a little worse. The final score is therefore similar as last year.
Added: In the final score list we were 3rd in EU in the Multi-OP cathegory.
I was really looking forward to the CQWW CW, but unfortunatelly we were all busy, so no one could stay Sunday evening. We all gathered in the radioklub Saturday morning (OM4DW, OM1ADX, OM6AZ, OM5CD) and started the contest in the 8th hour of the contest. For Martin OM1ADX it was the very first CW contest and he did very well. We have somehow switched until Sunday afternoon and in 33 hours we made 3300 QSOs.
